  1. The guy who sold my mac said it was a bad motherboard cpu or graphics. A new one for imacs is several hundred dollars!

    But last night, Dack said it was only memory! I purchased some and watched him install and it starts up fine! Then he cleaned to make it start new! C'est bien! Thank you so much again!

  2. This is the man! I've been coming to him for about maybe 4 years now and every time I know I can trust him to have it done fast and right. it was kind of sad that one time he fixed up my powerbook just right and the very next night i fell asleep on it and dropped it. Hahah so I ordered a new mac and he transfered all of the stuff from the old one. He tends to charge maybe less than what its worth so i always tip the guy. You would too. Dack i don't even know what to say. Thanks!! -James Avery

  3. This gentleman is the man! I found my new Apple guru for the Dallas area. I will highly recommended him to family, friends and any one else needing Apple product support or repairs. He reloaded the os and reset the password. Knowing I was new to iOS he gently explained some valuable information to get me started and up and running. To everyone out there give him a chance to work his wonders and you will go away happy as I was. Thanks again. See you in the future.-Gil

  4. Wow. That's all I can say. I told decker that I needed this laptop tonight to finish a website so he stayed up until midnight to make sure my new hard drive was installed with all of my data transfered over. When I started up it was like my original hard drive never broke in the first place. So now I'm cruising along with my new drive and I can make my deadline. You saved my ass Decker!
